- We are a father-son team of food enthusiasts teaching Japansese cooking and sushi with the Will Rogers' inspired motto of: "We never met a meal we didn't like." We have been teaching sushi and Japanese cooking since 1999, and have enjoyed every minute of it. Every class is a new opportunity to teach and to try new, fresh ingredients and recipes.
Upcoming Class Dates
We are holding classes at the Higashi Honganji Buddhist Temple in downtown Los Angeles during the year. Please keep an eye on the temple's event page for class dates.

Thank you for the wonderful Friday night class in Whittier. And thanks a bunch for the great pictures,,,I joined my sister and her daughter when my son was not able to make it but ended up standing right next to my son's twin! Thanks for the hospitality, great food, humor & tasty beverages...Terry
